What is this?

This is a faucet base for a commercial sink. It is the part that connects to the water pipes coming out of your wall or backsplash. It features two handles—one for hot water and one for cold water.

This base is a wall-mount style made for holes that are 4 inches apart on your backsplash. It is made by T&S Brass, the industry standard for commercial kitchen plumbing.
