Flushmate III Pressure-Assist System

What is this?

This is a complete pressure-assist flushing system designed to replace the internal mechanisms of high-performance, low-consumption toilets. It is a sealed pressure vessel that sits inside the ceramic toilet tank, using compressed air to provide a significantly more powerful flush than traditional gravity-fed systems.

What does it do?

• Eliminates Clogs: The "turbo-charged" flushing action uses compressed air to drive water into the bowl at a high velocity. This clears waste on the first flush and pushes it up to 33% further down the drain line than standard gravity toilets.

• Sustained Water Savings: Specifically calibrated for 1.6 GPF, this system ensures the flush volume never decreases over time, providing consistent water efficiency for the life of the fixture.

• Reduces Maintenance: With fewer moving parts than a traditional flapper-and-chain setup, this system is less prone to the "phantom flushes" and internal leaks that lead to water waste.

• Sweat-Free Tank: Because the water is contained within the internal pressure vessel, the exterior ceramic tank remains at room temperature. This prevents condensation (tank sweating) from forming in humid environments.

Will it fit my needs?

This system is the primary replacement for 503 Series pressure-assist toilets. It is compatible with a wide range of major brands including American Standard, Crane, Gerber, and Mansfield.

Important Compatibility Note: This unit is designed for two-piece toilets and replaces older series models. It will not fit the Kohler K-4404 or Gerber 28-385 tanks. It is a replacement system only and cannot be used to retrofit a standard gravity-fed toilet.
